Building & Construction legislation
Each country has its own unique set of laws, codes and regulations when it comes to the building and construction industry. Various acts govern the building process, employment relations, health and safety, and disputes (among other things). Overall, a good working knowledge of the law is essential for builders and subcontractors.
Ennogie is not acquainted with the legislation in each individual country; however, we support our customers in all aspects of the building process.
Energy and Environmental Legislation
Establishing a roof with solar panels requires specific knowledge of local and national legislation, and ditto energy policy.
The pattern of the owner’s purchase of electricity will be changed. In some countries the transfer to renewable energy offers for instance establishment support, or feed-in-tarifs on top of it, etc. On this page you will find links to a database where you can get a quick overview over the options in the EU and EFTA countries.
Don’t hesitate to ask us for support in all aspects of the project.
RES LEGAL Europe is a professionally edited and free of charge online database on support schemes, grid issues and policies regarding renewable energy sources in the EU 28 Member States, the EFTA Countries and some EU Accession Countries.
The database covers all three energy sectors: electricity, heating & cooling and transport.
